Booking and Payment

Cancellations and Changes
4.1 Customer Cancellations
Cancellations by the customer must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any deposits paid will be refunded if the cancellation meets our terms.
4.2 Company Cancellations and Changes
Hammer Umzug reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or operational issues. We will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule your service to a convenient date.
Liability and Insurance
5.1 Customer Liability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the items to be moved, access to properties, and any special requirements. Hammer Umzug cannot be held liable for any delays or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5.2 Company Liability
Hammer Umzug is committed to handling your belongings with care. We hold basic liability insurance to cover damages caused by negligence on our part during the moving process. However, we strongly recommend that customers purchase additional insurance for valuable or fragile items, as Hammer Umzug's liability is limited to basic insurance coverage.
5.3 Damage Claims
In the unlikely event of damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Any claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing parking permits if required, ensuring adequate access to both the departure and destination locations, and notifying us of any restrictions that may affect the moving process. Hammer Umzug is not responsible for delays caused by such restrictions if not communicated prior to service.
